Fall Festivals and Events in Phoenix

After last year’s fall with heavy restrictions, this year’s autumn is sure to be filled with plenty of fun activities including festivals, pumpkin patches, haunted houses, and more!

Tolmachoff Farms has opened up, and they’ve got many activities to make your weekend entertaining for the whole family. As stated by their website; “Let the unforgettable fall season memories began at Tolmachoff Farms and experience the ultimate holiday outing where there is something for the whole family: Great big pumpkin patch, 6 acre family corn maze with a new theme every year (search for pieces of your map as you walk through), mini corn maze (perfect for the little ones), haunted corn maze (Do you have the courage to enter?). With a mini corn maze for younger children and a scary one for the older adventurer, Tolmachoff has something to offer everyone from your youngest sibling to your oldest grandparent.

For more fun, if you’re willing to go a little bit outside of Phoenix, Mortimer farms is the place to go! Its own website advertises “Starting October 1st, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday + Columbus Day you will enjoy pig races, shows, entertainment, hayrides, corn maze, pumpkin patch, and more! And when the sun sets, you will enjoy all the activities at the farm plus fire dancers, karaoke, barn dances, and navigating through the corn maze in the dark, and entertainment!” Unusual entertainment can be found here, with barn dancing and pig races, as well as traditional fun like pumpkin picking.  At Mortimer Farms, they really put the pumpkin in their  “Pumpkin Festival”.

For the scare fanatic, plenty of fear can be found at the Thirteenth Floor. As said by their website; “This year, as in the past, and future, we will open one of these locations for you to tour. Step inside, take a ride, and travel through the 13th floor, visit the current occupants who call it their “home”, witness the oddities and strange occurrences that have created the legend of the 13th floor, and discover why it continues to be one of the world’s greatest mysteries.” The Thirteenth Floor has a reputation for offering a great scare experience, so if you have the guts, you can buy tickets online at their website, or get them at the door.

From family-friendly to spooky and scary, Phoenix has a lot to offer, so go out and have some fall fun!
