Swifties are so thankful for all of the ways Glendale is celebrating being the first stop on The Eras Tour, including changing its name to Swift City.

The City of Glendale made the enchanting decision to change their name in honor of being the first stop on Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour. According to 12News, “Fans in the city nominated names like Swiftdale, Taylordale, The City of Taylor Swift,…” After much deliberation though, Glendale settled on the name Swift City which would remain in place for Swift’s two tour dates in Arizona. 

Other tour stops had similar responses to Swift’s tour. This has included such honors as being given the key to the City of Arlington and being offered a chance to be the mayor of Tampa, Florida. 

It’s pretty safe to say that Swift isn’t Mr. Perfectly Fine after all these supreme honors.
