The Thunderbird Titans looked like a well-oiled machine at their pre-season scrimmage. The defense looked amazing and backup QB JP Stewert’s arm looked amazing with completing throws on the dime. With a lot to improve before their season opener on August 24, 2023, they look to have a promising season. Senior safety Dillon Wittrodt had this to say, “With the season coming up we will make these teams look like easy pickings.” A strong Thunderbird team trying to make a statement this year, The goals they have this year are to have no mercy on any of their opponents. With all the time and dedication they put in this summer from 7on7’s, team camps, morning practices, morning lifts, and countless hours of conditioning, this team went to hell and back with each other to make this season something special. 

Coach Nollete had this to say: “All we can do is just keep climbing.” With this being said, As a school, we are looking forward to a successful football season from these young men.
