As the Girls Badminton had their annual teacher-student Badminton tournament, Lily Rakich and Mrs. Price won in a dominating fashion. As a team, they were everywhere on the court and outplaying all of  the competition thrown their way. 

Furthermore, Riley Kelly and Mr. Bird came in a close second, shocking the competition with their mobility on the court and strong hits against their opponent. Riley Kelly was bringing the excitement and energy her team needed as she would be screaming after all scores coming from her partner Mr. Bird and jumping in the air out of pure happiness after winning her matches, effortlessly putting a smile on everyone around her. 

The third-place winner went to the strong duo of Abby Montesinos and Ms. Anderson. A duo that came to play their hardest and win. All in all, all players and teachers who participated in the tournament had a blast playing against their fellow teammates and teachers. 

With smiles and laughs all around the gym, Head Coach Mrs. Pavlik stated, “I am beyond excited about the outcome of the tournament and proud of our first, second, and third place winners.” With an amazing atmosphere of happiness and competition, all players and teachers were more than excited to participate and try to win it all.
