With the new year comes new resolutions. Resolutions are important for students to start the new year the right way. Students need to plan their goals, stay ahead in school, and be considerate.
Students, specifically, rely on resolutions in order to have a better year. This is because students need to reflect and plan how to achieve their goals for the new semester. The new semester allows students to feel as though they can slack off because they have time to redo assignments. This, however, is not a reliable way to get through the year because assignments stack up quickly.
When transitioning into a new year, it is important to stay ahead in school. As Dr. Dandridge states, “If students face adversity, fail, fail again, fail better.” Getting through the year stress-free means having passing grades. If students do their work as assigned (completed and on time), their grades will reflect that. This is necessary in order to receive passing grades.
If students at Thunderbird High School follow through with their resolutions, they will feel more fulfilled. As ncbi.nlm.nih.gov states, “Increasing the likelihood of people succeeding with their New Year’s resolutions could both be beneficial for the individual and for society.”. Students should take New Year’s resolutions seriously as they set the mood for the rest of the year. If students decide to follow through with their resolutions, they can achieve goals that will benefit everyone. If students decide to work harder at school, this will remove stress from teachers and parents.
(How someone from T-bird plans to handle the rest of 2024.) (being open-minded, nicer towards others, considerate, etc.) Being open-minded is important when getting through high school. Respecting others is important in order to stay out of drama.
(piqosity.com) Students at Thunderbird High School need New Year’s resolutions in order to plan for the year to start right. They can do this by planning, doing good in school, and being mindful of others.
