Mexican singer Ivan Cornejo announced his Mirada Tour Parte 2 after going on his North America Mirada tour in August. When Cornejo announced his Mirada Tour Parte 2, he said he would donate a portion of his ticket sales to the LAFD to help with the fires in L.A. He also announced that he would perform at Coachella after performing only in arenas and amphitheaters during his last tour, Mirada.

Ivan’s fame skyrocketed in Sept. 2021 when his song “Esta Dañada” from his album Alma Vacia went viral on TikTok. “Esta Dañada” became the second regional Mexican song to debut on the Billboard Hot 100, according to Billboard’s website. With his success, Cornejo was able to release his second album, Dañado, and go on his first U.S. tour, which he named after the album. Later, he was able to go on his second tour, Terapia, and then he eventually launched the original Mirada tour where he had his best show, selling out the Rodeo Huston stadium and entertaining 72,000 people.
