Thunderbird sends a shout out to seniors Eboni Moore, Iryanna Richards, and Bron Golston for competing against 112 culinary students from all over Arizona at the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C•CAP) preliminary cooking competition last Saturday.
They showcased their skills under intense pressure, mastering three French cuts on a potato, crafting a cucumber salad, and perfecting a French rolled omelet—all in under an hour! Judged by 10 executive chefs from top Phoenix restaurants, these seniors represented our school with pride and skill.
A big thank you is extended to Diana Olvera, junior, who helped to work at the competition.
