The Thunderbird Unified Sports team has dominated on the field, court, and track, but they have not stopped there.
With the help of Coach Ahern, Unified Sports has earned many accomplishments in various sports. Their ability to work together as a team and dedicate 100 percent of their effort has led them to numerous victories, but their efforts have continued. As a group, they decided to dedicate some of their time to giving back to their community and helping those less fortunate. On April 25, they traveled to St. Mary’s Food Bank, a large nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating hunger in Arizona. Together, Coach Ahern and the Unified Sports team packaged a whopping 3,696 food boxes. Thousands of poverty-stricken families across Arizona will no longer be hungry because of their efforts. True champions give back – and these Titans are leading the way!
