Fortnite Festival is a fast-paced and competitive rhythm game available on the popular video game platform Fortnite. It is a favorite of tons of people, many of which include students from Thunderbird.
The experience was released in December of 2023 as an addition to the Fortnite launcher. Last week Tuesday, Season 8 of Fortnite Festival was released. The extremely talented and widely recognized popstar, Sabrina Carpenter, is the focus for the new season of the exciting video game.
Carpenter has gotten over ten of her own items added into the game, including two new emotes for her songs “Taste” and “Please Please Please,” three new skins based on outfits from her Short n’ Sweet Tour, and instruments to use in Fortnite Festival. There are now two electric guitars, two acoustic guitars, and a microphone, all inspired by Carpenter herself.
Many of Carpenter’s items can be found in the item shop, where items can purchased individually or all together in the “A Sweet Little Bundle” package. The other items can be found in the Fortnite Festival season 8 music pass. The pass includes two of three new skins: one is automatically included in buying the pass, and the other has to be unlocked by leveling up and completing the pass. A few other items in the pass are a jam track to her song “Juno,” instruments, and a few Sabrina Carpenter-inspired emotes.
This brand-new update is perfect and thrilling for fans of Sabrina Carpenter. When asked about how it did, freshman Ari Whitler said, “A lot of people liked it.” She also went on to say that she bought everything from Carpenter’s bundle and that she rates it an eight out of ten. There’s no doubt that this update was a huge success and gives fans of Carpenter a new way of supporting her and Fortnite, all while having fun.
